You opt in to receive SMS messages from Colonial Pool Company by one of the following methods:

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us at (844) 265-7665. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by adjusting your communication preferences in the customer portal.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your service plan and account activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Colonial Pool Company does not charge you to send or receive SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Customer Portal Accounts

To access certain features (service requests, invoices, payment, message history), you must create an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are used fraudulently.

5. Service Requests, Invoices, and Payment

Service requests submitted through our portal or by phone are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation. Invoices are due according to the payment terms shown on each invoice (typically Net 15 or Net 30). Late payments may be subject to reminders, including reminder SMS messages if you have opted in.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as PayPal). By making a payment you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance via the customer portal, by phone at (844) 265-7665, or by email at service@colonialpool.co. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

All content on our website, mobile app, and portal — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Colonial Pool Company or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colonial Pool Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Virginia or federal law that cannot be waived by contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colonial Pool Company, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes that affect the SMS program will be communicated to opted-in subscribers via SMS or email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamsburg or James City County, Virginia.
